1. About

Pasiansi (“the Site”) is a free collection of solitaire card games published at pasiansi.com and operated by the owner of that domain (“we”). By using the Site you accept these Terms.

2. Playing is free

The Site is free to use. There is no account, no registration, no payment and no advertising. You may play as much as you like, for your own personal enjoyment, and you may install the Site as an app and play it offline.

3. What you may not do

The Site is our copyrighted work — its source code and compiled programs, the game engine, the game definitions, the page and rule texts, the prepared card artwork, the icons and the layout. All rights reserved. Without our prior written permission you may not:

• copy, mirror, republish or redistribute the Site or any substantial part of it, on any domain or in any medium;
• serve the Site’s files from your own pages (hotlinking), or embed the Site in a frame on another site;
• modify the Site or create derivative works from it;
• reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble its compiled parts, except where applicable law expressly allows it and only within those limits;
• use automated means to retrieve the Site at a rate that burdens the service.

Linking to any page of the Site is always welcome, and so is the ordinary offline copy your own browser keeps for you.

4. Material that is not ours

Some of the artwork and audio comes from public-domain and CC0 sources and belongs to no one in particular: the Atlasnye card designs by Adolf Charlemagne (1862, via Wikimedia Commons), the card faces by Adrian Kennard, and the sound effects by Kenney. Those originals remain free for anyone under their own licences, and nothing here restricts them. What is ours is the work of turning them into this Site.

The rules of the card games themselves are not owned by anyone, including us. The texts in which we describe those rules are.

5. No warranty

The Site is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We do not promise that it will be available, uninterrupted or free of errors, and to the fullest extent permitted by law we are not liable for any loss arising from its use.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms. The version on this page is always the current one.
